Sam Hall

Senior Pastor

Pastor Sam is the youngest of five children and has always been very involved in ministry as his father has been pastoring for over 50 years. Pastor Sam and his wife, Emily were married in 2010 and they have three beautiful sons, William, Jackson, and Caleb. Pastor Sam has over a decade of ministry experience and has served in many roles in ministry as worship & youth pastor, associate pastor, and senior pastor. He will graduate in 2024 with a degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Regent University.

Sam and Emily made the move all the way from Wisconsin in 2023 when they felt God calling them to ministry in Georgia. Sam is an avid guitar player, softball player, and loves serving in all aspects of ministry.

Cheryl Vinson

Children & Student Pastor

Cheryl Vinson comes to us as our Children and Student Pastor. She is a very familiar face to The Pointe of Lee County and has a combined history of over 17 years of serving in Family Ministries, providing Pastoral Care to congregations and Directorship of Non-profits and Ministries. She currently holds a BA in Christian Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary. Cheryl is a NCCA Licensed Pastoral Counselor and serves with NorthPoint Christian Counseling.

Cheryl is married to the love of her life, Jason Vinson. Together they have two daughters, Britney and Kayla, one beautiful granddaughter, Baylee Grace and a Son-in-Love, Brock.

Emily Hall

Church Administrator

Emily came to the Pointe in 2023 when her husband, Sam became our Senior Pastor. Emily came to Christ after graduating high school. Sam and Emily were married in 2010 and they have three sons.  Emily has served in many roles in the church for over a decade from women's ministries, children's ministries, media content, administrative work, to worship team. Em is currently serving as our church administrator.
