Children's Vision was founded in 1993 by Jeanene Thicke. Pastor Sam has grown up knowing Jeanene, so Children's Vision is very near and dear to his heart. Children's Vision has now been ministering for over 30 years to extremely needy and destitute children of Bogota, Colombia. They provide everything from housing, education, and medical care to four orphanages (they are starting their fifth children's home currently).

Rock Creek Church helps support this global mission, alongside local ministries to Georgia.
